SKILL BUILDING MODULES

Skill Building Modules are a repertoire of training modules covering contemporary skills and are an approach to assist organizations achieve the competitive edge in performance and quality of product and service delivery.

Each module is an independent, comprehensive and complete unit. Design of the modules allows an organization the flexibility of independently conducting a session of 3 – 4 hours, per module.

These modules can be customized to suit the needs and demands of the organisation. Each module focuses on application of various management concepts and theories to the organization context and performance demands.

A module kit includes one master copy of the Facilitator’s Manual, Facilitator’s Reference Readings, Participants Workbook, a CD of the power point presentation and all other hardware (activities, case studies, questionnaires, worksheets) needed to conduct the module.

A master copy of the film is included for a module wherein a film based activity has been incorporated.

Time Management
Time Management This module helps participants to enhance their ability to plan and organize their work effectively. The focus is on enhancing productivity and participants are encouraged to make more effective use of their time.
Performance Goals Setting
Performance Goals Setting This module reinforces the importance of objective goal setting for performance management among participants. They learn to articulate and set sharp, cogent, measurable goals for themselves and their subordinates.
Performance Counselling
Performance Counselling The focus of this Module is to help participants understand how to solve performance problems through counseling. They learn to handle non-performers effectively while receiving and giving feedback productively.
Customer Care
Customer Care This module will give an insight to participants about their own personality and assists them in working towards improving themselves to enhance productivity at their workplace.
Team Building & Conflict Resolution
Team Building & Conflict Resolution The learning in this module focuses on building cooperation and teamwork to enhance effectiveness. It enhances synergy between organisational, team and individual values to recognise and manage potential team conflict.
Change Management
Change Management Change being the mantra of survival this module makes participants look within to emerge as a change master. The focus is on converting the threat of change into opportunity by developing tools and tactics to meet change head on and apply coping strategies.
Communication & Presentation Skills
Communication & Presentation Skills Modules that helps participants understand how communicating effectively could lead to enhanced results. Learnings include – Bridge the communication gaps within & outside the organization; Overcome existing barriers to effective communication; Help participants gain confidence and enhance their presentation skills.
Atmajyoti
Atmajyoti This module focuses on the overall development of blue collared workers. It helps participants to improve themselves by understanding self and environment for a more enriching experience.
Leadership Skills
Leadership Skills The module helps participants in recognising which leadership style suits them the most and adapting to it. The focus is on assisting them in leading better teams and enhancing team effectiveness by understands individual as well as group task functions in leadership.
Motivation
Motivation The focus is on motivating self and others to achieve the desired results. The module helps participants to successfully motivate and guide subordinates more effectively. It ensures that participants learn to utilise the various diverse motivators that energise different subordinates and enhance one’s interest in performing one’s best through an Internal Locus of Control.
